A 50% deposit is required to book your appointment. nonrefundable. cancellation fees will range between 50% and 100% of the service depending on the service. if you are unhappy with your service, you are more than welcome to book a consultation at $65 per session for a revision where your service will be reviewed where we will then decide if the service will be covered or charged. Every appointment should be confirmed or you will be charged a no-show fee. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated under any circumstances. If you disrespect any member of our staff, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will be asked to leave. All services must be paid for and no price adjustments will be made for any permanent makeup process and or procedure as well as medical Tattoos.For all aesthetic services a medical clearance form is required to be filed As we are OSHA compliant and DOHMH compliant. If you do not wish to file any form, we will not provide services to you.
